Shipping is done in neat boxes with additional gift wrapping choice available! Please indicate gift wrap in order notes!

                    

Shipping:

Shipping from CA to anywhere within US. 
Ready to ship 1-2 business days. May take 1-5 business days to reach unless specified as priority.

Shipping Price:

New Flat Rate Shipping of $7 for upto 4lb

Applies to : All collections(like BoardGames/Puzzles/PetiteCollageWood) have $7 flat rate Shipping(3-4 days) except for wood figures( age 3+) and some small puzzles,  Eg. One of our heavy item Bug(ocean/endangered) Bingo is 3.5lbs should have flat rate of $7

Flat rate $7 for items upto 4lbs- include the following  collections :Nature Related puzzles, Bingo and Matching Games, Wood PetitCollage Toys, Wooden Board games, Fun collection, Forest collection. Eg. One of our heavy item Bug Bingo is 3.5lbs should have flat rate of $7

For Holztiger Wood figures Age 3+ collection:

Price calculated based on the weight( we do have discounted shipping rates included, our rates are much less than the actual)

Range starts from $3.00 to $18.00
Will be included in the invoice

Please order Holztiger wood figures separately as the flat rate may not show up for other items.

First Class Mail:

Our preferred Shipping method for all the items which do not have Flat rate eg: Wooden Figures. Our Shipping rates are much lesser than Regular rates. 

Priority mail:
Priority packages will require priority (higher) shipping rates  and please indicate in the order and we will send in priority mail or priority mail express. Priority mail takes 1-3 business days. Priority mail "express" is faster than Priority mail.

Returns:
Due to the nature of the usage of product,
returns and exchanges are not allowed.
If product was damaged in shipping,
please send us an email as soon as received, with pics of unopened items.
So that we can better help you.

Terms and conditions:

All products carry only manufacturer's warranty and KidzyWudzy LLC is not responsible for any accidental injuries of product use. All liabilities lie within manufacturer.
